About the property
The beautiful Casa Katalina is located on the Croatian Island of Vis (Split County) in the peaceful picturesque town of Komiža with panoramic view of the city, the bay, the church of St. Nicholas from the 12th century and the island of Bisevo and Hum hill.
The south side of the house offers a beautiful panoramic view that exudes a brilliant blue in the daytime, and at night with an impressive star-filled sky and offers an ideal place to relax. These scenes can be seen resting on a bed in a room which provides a unique experience.
The northern part of the house has a spacious terrace overlooking centuries-old carob trees, green citrus and olive groves.
The facility was renovated in 2019 with a regionally traditional construction method. The south and north terraces provide direct connection to the surroundings. The living area of the house exudes positive energy and is complemented by interesting elements and intended for a quiet holiday.
It is located on the 1st floor of the house and consists of 3 units (apartment, studio apartment and room). All three units have a fridge, a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WiFi and wired internet, and a terrace with panoramic view. It is possible to connect all units and therefore rent a full 1st floor house with south and north terrace for maximum 8 persons (150m2).
